  • If you are a member of a EUGA affiliated society, you are also a EUGA Member. 

  • If you experience any problems in registering as a EUGA member, please contact us by clicking here. It might be possible that certain info have not been entered when registering, e. g. as an affiliate member. If this is the case, please get back to us, we will be glad to help you.

  • EUGA Dinner: we rely on your active collaboration to help us minimizing any kind of waste. Please fulfill your commitments; when the meeting is approaching, and you are not planning to participate in this activity, please give us notice no later than 30 Sep. 2017

  • Abstract Submission Deadline is over: if you wish to check your abstract status, please go to this link (click here) and enter those date you received via email from the Organizing Secretariat. You may enter them in the slots at the bottom right of the webpage. 

  • If your abstract will be ranked 1st in its category, you will be awarded a 500 € prize by EUGA, and a 250 € prize if your paper is ranked 2nd

Meeting Registration Fees
 

Registration Fee is intended per person, in Euros, VAT free, and includes: Congress Kit, Scientific Sessions (except Workshops on 19th Oct, which have an additional fee of € 50), CME papers, Certificate of Attendance, Lunch, Coffee Break, Welcome Reception on 19th Oct, and EUGA Dinner on 20th Oct. 
EUGA dinner on 20th  October is part of your registration package at no additional costs, if confirmed during the registration process.
Enter your registration area and feel free to book your place by 31st August.
