REGISTRATION FEES
Registration Fees are intended per person, in Euros, VAT free. The rates include: Congress Kit, access to Scientific Sessions, CME papers, Certificate of Attendance, Lunch. Registration fees are reserved to physicians, physiotherapists, nurses, midwifes and other healthcare professionals. We invite Industry representatives, non-sponsoring the Congress but willing to attend #EUGA2026, to register online by selecting the dedicated fee of 800,00 Euros. Cancellation Policy: 100% refund for cancellations received by 31st July 2026. Registration fees are 50% refundable by 31st August 2026; any banking fees are not covered by refund policy. After 31st August, no refund will be issued.

Megaron Athens International Conference Centre offers the finest facilities, stunning aesthetics and cutting edge technology.
A landmark, in the centre of Athens, Megaron AICC has a total offering of 143.000 square metres and a choice of 18 meeting spaces, combined with expansive exhibition and foyer areas totalling 12,000 square metres. The Centre’s total capacity is 8,000 delegates depending on the configuration, with the largest meeting room accommodating close to 2,000. Wireless Internet is available throughout the Centre. Megaron’s extensive landscaped gardens can host up to 5000 people.
Major luxury hotels are in close proximity, many within walking distance, and the Centre is close to major museums and fine shopping and dining areas. The new Athens metro system has a station next to the Centre and it is a mere 35 minutes on a direct line to the El. Venizelos International airport. This is complimented by car parking for 750 and a plethora of taxis, trams and buses right outside the Centre.
