Get ready to have a shot at joining the EUGA 2026 Scientific Programme. Below you can find some useful information that we suggest you read before submitting your workshop proposal. This information mirrors the information that is going to be requested during the submission procedure and submitted for scoring and selection.

The selected workshops will be announced within May 2026.

1. Workshop Title

2. Workshop Coordinator: the person that is going to be EUGA's contact person for the organization of the workshop, enquiries and status updates regarding the workshop proposal

3. Length: time slots for workshops are two hours long, please indicate how many slots do you need

4. Taget Audience: the HCPs that would benefit the most from participating in the workshop

5. Maximum Number of delegates: the maximum number of people that could attend the workshop (especially for hands-on workshops)

6. Aim and Objectives of the Workshop

7. Description of the Workshop

8. Special Requirements: please describe in detail how the Workshop will be organised to reach the aim and objectives (hands on, rotation, q&A, video interactions etc)

9. Speakers: Please indicate full names of speakers, relevant experience and qualification. Speakers of selected workshops will enjoy complimentary registration to meeting.

10. Chair: The Workshop coordinator is responsible for all additional and/or special requirements. Please state if any special requirements (e.g. room set up, models/machines for practical sessions etc.) are needed in addition to/instead of the standard setting

11. Proposed Schedule: please provide a provisional schedule with detailed times for each segment of the workshop
