It is a great privilege and honour to invite you to come and join us in Varese, Italy, at the 16th Annual Congress of the European Urogynaecological Association (EUGA) on 19-21 October 2023.
We are particularly proud to Co-Chair this year’s annual congress and to welcome all EUGA friends and colleagues in Italy again after the successful edition held in Milan, in 2018.
Following the pandemic period and despite the current socio-economic uncertianties, EUGA's activities are returning to normality thank to the hard work done by EUGA Committees as well as by all our members and commercial partners that have decided to follow and support EUGA projects.
The EUGA scientific committee, chaired by Michele Meschia and C.H. van der Vaart, have created an outstanding scientific programme made of state-of-the-art lectures, debates, open questions, symposia, workshops and abstract sessions which will keep us up-to-date with the latest advances in urogynaecology and with the contribution of renowned European experts.
We therefore look forward to seeing you in Varese to present your researches, participate in scientific debates, mingle with colleagues and friends and have an enjoyable time. EUGA 2023 will also be the best place to thank you personally for all what has been done together and to to make you live an unforgettable meeting.

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
The European Urogynaecology Association (EUGA) exists to facilitate the study and analysis of all aspects of urinary tract and pelvic floor dysfunction, promoting European-wide education and setting the standards in Urogynaecology. EUGA is a non-profit European organisation founded to advance urogynaecology and support medical professionals practicing in this field.
Through our Annual Congress, CME-accredited training courses and other Europe-wide professional networking opportunities, EUGA promotes the subspecialty of Urogynaecology throughout Europe. Our audit and accreditation programmes allow us to recognise and promote high standards and quality of urogynaecological training, with the ultimate goal of raising the bar and promoting consistency of practice across Europe.
Attracting over 600 healthcare professionals, the congress provides an excellent opportunity to hear about advances and techniques in the field from a gold standard faculty, and to network with peers from many countries.
